I cannot say enough about Dr. McClintock and her staff. First of all, Dr. McClintock is so thorough and diligent that I feel completely at ease with her diagnoses. Recently I had what I thought might be an issue. I needed x-rays and thought I had to wait several weeks for those. Instead I received notice on one morning, asking if I could come in that same afternoon. I was SO relieved! After spending an hour in the chair and eighteen x-rays, everything was found to be fine. I hadn't been scheduled for the extensive x-rays until March and to be able to get in so quickly(thanks to the receptionist) when I was very concerned,I am so happy that I decided to use Dr. McClintock back in 2012, not long after retiring in Vermont and moving here. Dr. McClintock was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I highly recommend her-and her dental hygienists are equally amazing! I am so grateful for their exceptional care!

With that said, however, Dr. McClintock and her entire staff, provide excellent, timely, and courteous care and service to their patients. More specifically, Dr. McClintock's most capable and competent dental assistant, Erin, provides the most thorough, complete, and quality cleaning that anyone could imagine. Erin's quality work, along with the aforementioned comments about the practice, in general, are the primary reasons for making this practice my only choice for dental care.

Although the dentist is not on the list of people's favorite places to go, I have to say that in the nine years since we moved here from Vermont and randomly chose Dr. McClintock to be our dentist, I have never had a bad experience there. In fact, as far as dentists go, it is actually a pleasant experience. I love all of these women, from hygienists to dentist to receptionist, because every one of them makes me feel comfortable and important, not to mention the excellent dental care. When it comes to "bedside manners", they are all the very best! I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those who may be afraid of the dentist. They will put you at ease immediately. Dr. McClintock seriously listens to your concerns (unlike all of my previous dentists). She is also the only Eastern Panhandle dentist who will let patients decide whether or not they're fine with having x-rays or fluoride done during each appointment. Her staff is personable, remembering tidbits about your life and asking about them during appointments. I even enjoy sitting in her office, because it is so tastefully decorated in a country chic style.

Dr. McClintock is a very good person as well as a dentist. She does good work and is fair and honest. She will not fix what is not broken and when she does have to fix something it's done right. so far have not encountered any problems scheduling or rescheduling an appointment. the waiting time has been less than 15 minutes. no issues accepting the type of insurance held. the dentist and assistants are thorough, careful and professional when cleaning, x-raying, filling, etc. the teeth. the entire staff is personable.

Dr. McClintock is my two children's dentist. I searched for a kid friendly dentist and I found one. My kids love to go to dentist! The staff is always professional and efficient! I love to see my kids smile, I truly trust Dr. McClintock and staff will my kids smile! I want to thank everyone in the office for making an six and eight years old dental experience a walk in the park!

Erin, always does an excellent job cleaning my teeth, and provides me with positive feedback on how, I can best keep them clean and stain free. Dr. McClintock always keeps a watchful eye for future problems, and has always done an excellent job with fillings and crowns, I have needed in the past years.
