I have never had anything but a wonderful experience. Choosing Dr.McClintock when retiring to another state is kind of scary. You need to find doctors, veterinarians, etc. It was by far the best decision re doctors! Love every woman there! ??

I cannot say enough about Dr. McClintock and her staff. First of all, Dr. McClintock is so thorough and diligent that I feel completely at ease with her diagnoses. Recently I had what I thought might be an issue. I needed x-rays and thought I had to wait several weeks for those. Instead I received notice on one morning, asking if I could come in that same afternoon. I was SO relieved! After spending an hour in the chair and eighteen x-rays, everything was found to be fine. I hadn't been scheduled for the extensive x-rays until March and to be able to get in so quickly(thanks to the receptionist) when I was very concerned,I am so happy that I decided to use Dr. McClintock back in 2012, not long after retiring in Vermont and moving here. Dr. McClintock was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I highly recommend her-and her dental hygienists are equally amazing! I am so grateful for their exceptional care!

Dr McClintock seems a very caring dentist . Taking time to explain options, even though I don’t see her often. Since COVID, I’ve been a little leery of that up close in my face. Still she sees me when I have an emergency such as a broken cap or a lost tooth. Staff also very friendly.

I can never remember the names of the ladies who work there but the receptionist and dental hygenists are awesome. It was in for a cleaning and xrays and didn't need to see Dr. McClintock but she's always great too! Would recommend you to anyone looking for a dentist in Martinsburg.

As with many who are not ashamed to admit it, a dental appointment is NOT one of my favorite things to do. With that said, however, Dr. McClintock and her entire staff, provide excellent, timely, and courteous care and service to their patients. More specifically, Dr. McClintock's most capable and competent dental assistant, Erin, provides the most thorough, complete, and quality cleaning that anyone could imagine. Erin's quality work, along with the aforementioned comments about the practice, in general, are the primary reasons for making this practice my only choice for dental care.

I wish I had known about Deborah McClintock when I first moved to West Virginia. She and her staff are simply the very best. Erin is the dental hygienist who cleans my teeth. She takes her time and doesn't hurry through the process. I look forward to my cleanings every 6 months. In the past when I was seen by other dentist, there solution to a problem tooth was to pull it. Not these ladies, they are solution-oriented. They want to help you keep your original teeth and beautiful smile. That's something to smile about ??

Dr. McClintock has been my dentist pretty much since I moved to Martinsburg 15 years ago. I have always been seen at my appointment time and the ladies that work for her a hoot! Most people don't enjoy going to the dentist but I don't dread my checkups at all!
Dr. McClintock stays focused on your dental health while you are in the chair. Undivided attention is what I seek from the medical community at my appointments and that’s what she provides, We have placed our dental health needs in her hands.

Although the dentist is not on the list of people's favorite places to go, I have to say that in the nine years since we moved here from Vermont and randomly chose Dr. McClintock to be our dentist, I have never had a bad experience there. In fact, as far as dentists go, it is actually a pleasant experience. I love all of these women, from hygienists to dentist to receptionist, because every one of them makes me feel comfortable and important, not to mention the excellent dental care. When it comes to "bedside manners", they are all the very best! I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those who may be afraid of the dentist. They will put you at ease immediately. I have had nine years of topnotch care and look forward to many more!

I have been Dr. McClintock’s patient for over twenty years. She is an excellent dentist who checks your teeth and mouth thoroughly at each six month checkup. She keeps a watch on any tooth she thinks may become a problem. She has filled my cavities and installed a crown, all with no pain. The dental hygienist, Erin, does an excellent job of cleaning teeth. The whole staff is friendly and helpful.

Love this Dental team. Everyone is very nice. Also I personally love Dr. McClintock straight forward approach. I trust her very much to make sure my wife and I are taken care of both with our oral health and also by keeping an eye on the cost is truly a breath of fresh air. If you are thinking about going to one of those "Free exam" places be warned, there is no such thing as a free lunch. I learned the hard way. Better to work with a Pro like Dr. McClintock.

Dr. McClintock has been my dentist for 30 years. She is caring and an expert in her field. I have received Several crowns, including a very complicated implant. It matches my other teeth perfectly. I would not go anywhere else!

Cleaning was thorough. Dentist is honest. Have some cracked fillings, but the dentist always puts a watch on them and never pressures me to replace them. Staff is very friendly.

Dr. McClintock seriously listens to your concerns (unlike all of my previous dentists). She is also the only Eastern Panhandle dentist who will let patients decide whether or not they're fine with having x-rays or fluoride done during each appointment. Her staff is personable, remembering tidbits about your life and asking about them during appointments. I even enjoy sitting in her office, because it is so tastefully decorated in a country chic style.

Dr. McClintock is a very good person as well as a dentist. She does good work and is fair and honest. She will not fix what is not broken and when she does have to fix something it's done right. She will also try the most affordable approach first and that is usually all I need. Oral Hygienists also do a good job and everyone is friendly and makes you feel at ease.

I have been going to Dr. McClintock for over 20 years. She is a wonderful, caring professional who has always provided me with excellent care. Her staff shows the same caring attitude. I have had fillings, a crown and cleanings. Any procedure is done with the comfort of the patient in mind. I am very pleased with the care I receive.

Just got done with my six month check up. As usual it was on time, professional and the crew strives to meet any special needs that may come up. The spotless facility has the most up to date equipment and the know how to use it. I would highly recommend Dr. McClintock's facility to any one looking for professional personalized service.
so far have not encountered any problems scheduling or rescheduling an appointment. the waiting time has been less than 15 minutes. no issues accepting the type of insurance held. the dentist and assistants are thorough, careful and professional when cleaning, x-raying, filling, etc. the teeth. the entire staff is personable.
I find the staff very personable. They care about their patients, making sure they are comfortable and are free of pain and stress.
